VERIFICATION TO ANOTHER STATE

Should the nurse desire to become registered or licensed in another state, he/she should contact the Board of Nursing of that state for instructions and application forms. The contact information for state boards of nursing may be found in the January and July Directory issues of AMERICAN JOURNAL OF NURSING or by selecting this link.
