Applicants for licensure by exam, endorsement, or reinstatement with criminal convictions, pending investigation in another jurisdiction or previous discipline may be required to meet with the Licensure Review Panel (LRP), an informal panel of members of the Board.
Following submission of the appropriate licensure application and background check, applicant is required to submit a packet of information for review and pay any outstanding fees prior to meeting with the LRP for a decision regarding licensure and any applicable conditions.
