The Nurse Gateway is a single portal used to submit all licensure and listing applications including Advance Practice approvals. Use your Nurse Gateway portal to manage your licenses, listings and Advanced Practice approvals; request inactive or retired status, submit a name or address change, access printable documents and more.
Once enrolled, your Nurse Gateway portal gives you access to:
- APRN Applications
- CRNA Application
- Endorsement Application
- Examination Application
- Live Scan - Criminal Background Check Application
- Renewal - Reinstatement Application
- Nurse Aide II Applications
- View information on all of your nursing licenses, Nurse Aide II listing and Advanced Practice approvals and all pending applications
- Inactive Request
- Retired Request
- Name Change
- Address Change
- Update Contact Information
- Compact License information for APRN Approval
Create a Username and Password to access your information and applications. If you have already created a Username and Password, you will only need to log in to your profile. Please keep your Username and Password in a secure location as you will need this information to access your Nurse Gateway profile.
Steps for Registering on Nurse Gateway:
- Select Register
- Enter your full name, date of birth and social security number (Additional information may be required)
- After providing your information, you will be prompted to create a Username and Password
- A confirmation page will be shown once you have completed the registration process
